Virginia (#4)
Virginia Notable Games In 2020-2021
- Vs. (#13) Michigan State 12/9
- Vs. (#3) Villanova 12/19
- Vs. (#16) North Carolina 2/13
- Vs. (#21) Florida State 2/15
- Vs. (#9) Duke 2/20
Virginia finished the 2019-2020 season ranked as the 16 ranked team in the nation and have opened up the new season at number 4.
Virginia is looking to compete for a title this year and with their current roster, they can do so. They have the third-best recruiting class in the ACC and the 18th best in the nation.
They brought in two, four-star recruits in Jabri Abdur-Rahim and Reece Beekman and they also have one of the best point guards in the country right now in Kiehei Clark who is coming off of a 10.8 ppg, 4.2 rpg and 5.9 apg season.
That being said, if all goes well on their schedule, they could be in line for a nice payout.
Duke (#9)
Duke Notable Games In 2020-2021
- Vs. (#13) Michigan 12/1
- Vs. (#8) Illinois 12/8
- Vs. (#21) Florida State 1/2
- Vs. (#16) North Carolina 2/6
- Vs. (#4) Virginia 2/20
Duke is coming into the 2020 season as the number 9 team in the nation and rightfully so as they have second best-recruiting class in the ACC and the third-best in the nation.
They have an incredible four, five-star recruits joining their roster and are sure to give any team on their 2020 schedule a run for their money no matter where they are ranked.
Being that their odds to win the National Champion are just the tenth shortest odds, NCAA basketball bettors should be jumping at the opportunity to bet on their college basketball odds as they can never be counted out.
North Carolina (#16)
North Carolina Notable Games In 2020-2021
- Vs. (#5) Iowa 12/8
- Vs. (#21) Florida State 1/16
- Vs. (#9) Duke 2/6
- Vs. (#4) Virginia 2/13
The Tar Heels are coming off of one of their worst seasons as they finished the 2019 season with just a 6-14 record.
However, that horrendous season looks to be in the rear-view mirror and they are looking to turn a page here as they have the best recruiting class in the ACC and the second-best in the nation. They are bringing in three, five-star recruits and three, four-stars.
They will be put to the test early on in the season against Iowa which should certainly challenge their odds.
Florida State (#21)
Florida State Notable Games In 2020-2021
- Vs. Indiana 12/9
- Vs. (#9) Duke 1/2
- Vs. (#4) Virginia 2/15
- Vs. (#16) North Carolina 2/27
The Seminoles of Florida State have found a way to be one of the top teams in the country for the past few seasons. They are starting off as the 21 ranked team in the country after finishing the 2019 season ranked 4 as ACC regular season (and “tournament”) Champions.
The Noles have lost many key pieces in Devin Vassell, Patrick Williams, and Trent Forrest but have added a nice recruiting class with the number seven prospect in the nation in Scottie Barnes.
FSU has always been full of surprises in the last few seasons and this season could be no different.
Louisville
Louisville Notable Games In 2020-2021
- Vs. Seton Hall 11/27
- Vs. (#7) Wisconsin 12/9
- Vs. (#10) Kentucky 12/26
- Vs. (#21) Florida State 1/18
- Vs. (#9) Duke 1/23
Louisville has taken a hit but they are not out just yet. They have longshot odds to win the National Championship and rightfully so after they lost arguably their best player in Jordan Nwora.
They have, however, put together a nice recruiting class at 26 in the country but were unable to land any five-star recruits.
If they can pull together a nice stretch in their schedule, however, bettors would have no choice but to turn their heads that way.
