KANSAS CITY – With the AFC Championship Game on the horizon, bettors should begin shopping lines on the player props for the game in order to make the most beneficial bet. Different online sportsbooks offer tons of different odds on different players.

Looking at Allen as a rusher this season, he has hit the Over mark in five games including the playoffs. Being that the Chiefs passing defense has seen better days, it might be worth it to take the under on Allen’s rushing yards on Bovada as he could see an efficient day throwing the ball which means he could rush for fewer yards.

Moving on to the reigning Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes, the different sportsbooks have player props for his total passing touchdowns in the game.

When betting on Mahomes total touchdown passes, both sites offer nice payouts here as well. When betting on the Over, BetRivers actually has his odds of hitting at a slight longshot with +102 odds while on MyBookie they are heavily favored.

As for betting on the Under, it is favored on BetRivers at -125 while MyBookie has them listed at -115. For those that have the gut feeling that Mahomes will in fact stay under, which he did in his first time out against the Bills, it would be well worth it to take the odds on MyBookie rather than the ones on BetRivers.

Looking at the Bills star receiver, Stefon Diggs, there are player props available on his total receptions going into the game.

Betting on Diggs’s reception total could get a bit tricky when looking at them being that BetOnline only offers an Over for this line whereas DraftKings offers the standard Over and Under.

Then again looking at the line on DraftKings, bettors could find more money betting on DraftKings as they have the less expensive line at -130. Even for bettors looking to take the chance on the Under for Diggs’s reception total, with BetOnline not offering an under, DraftKings is the way to go.

One of the more popular player prop bets to make is on the total receiving yards that a receiver will have and in this case, what better player to look at than the Chiefs star wideout, Tyreek Hill.

If there is one thing that bettors should know about the Chiefs receiving core, it is that Tyreek Hill is one of the most explosive receivers in the league. That being said, it is surprising that his total is set where it is on BetRivers. Something else to point out is that the Over is the heavy favorite on BetRivers and on Bovada, it is the standard -115 which would offer a nicer payout.
