Century Casinos Makes Third Online CO Sports Betting Deal With Tipico

• Century Casinos has announced an official partnership with Tipico to launch its sports betting offering in Colorado.
• This is a 10-year agreement with a one-time market access fee to be paid upon signing the contract.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Century Casinos has partnered with another soon to be Colorado sports betting offering with a new 10-year agreement with Tipico.

The partnership will see Tipico be the third online sportsbook to enter Colorado through a deal with Century Casinos. The other two online sports betting companies include Circa Sports and bet365.

Century Casinos has already curated its master license through a subsidiary which allows the company to expand its Colorado sports gambling offering. Tipico is in the application phase and will await approval by the state in order to operate.

Century Casinos Expand

Colorado sports betting has been a major success, and Century Casinos plans to continue to capitalize on the growing market.

This will be Tipico’s first foray into the Colorado sports betting market. Both Century Casinos and Tipico have expressed their growing excitement for the multi-year partnership.

For the launch, in addition to the one-time market access fee, Tipico will pay an annual revenue guarantee and percentage shares of the net gaming revenue. This is standard practice for this form of a deal.

Century Casinos will be the hub for the Tipico sports betting product, and Colorado residents will make their betting accounts through the popular sports betting provider.

The official launch date or target launch window has not been announced as of yet. The online sports betting operation will further expand the legal sports betting market in Colorado.
