DraftKings And American Cornhole League Partner For 2021 Season

• DraftKings and the American Cornhole League (ACL) join forces for a new partnership.
• The partnership will make DraftKings the official sports betting partner of the ACL.
• Fans will find league-sponsored free-to-play pools on a national scale.

BOSTON – Fans of the American Cornhole League (ACL) will be happy to see that DraftKings Sportsbook has become to official sports betting partner for the league.

The collaboration will begin during the 2021 ACL season and will see exclusive marks, team logos, and official league data used to create some of the best betting experiences on DraftKings.

Fans will also have access to free-to-play pools that are sponsored by the league. The goal is to use legal sports betting to increase fan engagement on ACL games, overall making the league more popular.

The ACL naming DraftKings as its official sports betting partner is a major step for the league as they pursue new fans from the sports betting world.

“As we’ve learned in the past year, fandom is not limited solely to mainstream sports, and the tremendous growth of the ACL underscores these new engagement possibilities,” said Ezra Kucharz, chief business officer at DraftKings. “The popularity of cornhole has skyrocketed in general, and there is a real draw for fans to see the best in the world compete, so we’re adding yet another dimension to the enjoyment of cornhole through odds and pools.”

The partnership will see certain marketing rights that the ACL has trademarked to be used by DraftKings, allowing them to promote cornhole matches from the league on the app.

In addition, ACL content will be exclusively streamed via DraftKings YouTube, Twitch, and Gamecenter channels among other DraftKings run operations.

Professional ACL players can also be used with the DraftKings promotions. The top players will be used to promote the league through DraftKings operations, as well as with custom content and events for fans.

This allows the top players to be highlighted in an attempt to further promote the league. The DraftKings sportsbook will be the main source for promotion this upcoming season.

The next major ACL event will be the ACL Bag Brawl in Las Vegas and will be the first major event following the partnership. The ACL is looking to see its league prosper with this new DraftKings partnership.
