BOSTON, Mass. – Bryson DeChambeau has once again made history in 2020. Sports betting titan DraftKings has signed golf’s newest superstar as their newest sponsor.

In a press release posted online Monday, DraftKings made the announcement that DeChambeau would become the new face of DraftKings golf.

The company said that DeChambeau would represent DraftKings via integrated branding, content, marketing, and VIP centric collaborations.

This means that DeChambeau will be seen in DraftKings advertising, as well as represent the company on his attire among his other sponsors like Puma Apparel and Cobra Golf Clubs.

The deal makes history, as DeChambeau becomes the first active professional golfer to represent a digital sports entertainment and gaming company. This could be a sign of legal sports betting becoming more and more integrated into the game of golf going forward.

All eyes were already on Bryson heading into the Masters, as the 2020 US Open champion has already experienced an incredible year.
