G2E Summit Highlights New Sports Betting Terminals

• The G2E Summit had many new and exciting elements being brought to the table for gamblers from all over to view at the event.
• Introductions of various new innovations were seen by all those that were in attendance.
• The most notable was a new sports betting terminal by IGT that is currently only in use at a Mississippi casino.

LAS VEGAS – The G2E Summit recently wrapped up in Las Vegas, but not before introducing IGT’s new CrystalBetting Terminal for wagering on sporting events to audiences. The Summit rolled out a few new pieces of new betting technology for viewing but the terminals were what stood out most.

This new sports wagering terminal was made with a V.I.P. style experience for every gambler in mind as per IGT’s website.  These new terminals will be coming to Las Vegas area casinos soon. They are installed with touch screen technology on a 27-inch screen.

Sports bettors are able to make their bets, view live matches, and even participate in parlay wagers within the terminal. There is a small table to hold refreshments and personal items and partitions on either side to give gamblers the privacy they seek when betting on the games.

CrystalBetting Terminals In Mississippi

While Las Vegas does not yet have these CrystalBetting Terminals, they are now available and in use in Choctaw, Mississippi at the Pearl River Casino.

The addition of the latest IGT creation only adds to Pearl River’s overall experience for its patrons. While they are the first to introduce the new terminals, other casinos are expected to do the same in the future. This new creation could prove to further the interests in sports betting as a whole with all gamblers as IGT believes it is unmatched with their competition for live in-game excitement.

As it stands right now, the CrystalBetting Terminal has only just received approval with the Mississippi Choctaw Gaming Commission and certification by the GLI. There must be a 90-day trial at Pearl River before other places will be able to see this innovation in action at their locations.
