NFL Coaching Odds: Flores, Gruden, Jim Harbaugh

• Brian Flores has +150 odds to be the next head coach of the Chicago Bears.
• Jon Gruden has +1800 odds to coach the Bears.
• Jim Harbaugh has -370 odds to remain with the Michigan Wolverines.

LAS VEGAS – Following the end of the NFL regular season, there were plenty of head coaches that were relieved of their duties. With that, there are odds on where different coaches will end up coaching next season.

Some names that have been linked to coaching jobs include the former Miami Dolphins coach Brian Flores along with Jon Gruden and Michigan Wolverines coach, Jim Harbaugh.

Brian Flores To The Bears?

In what seemed to shock the NFL world, the Dolphins parted ways with Flores after just three seasons with the team. This comes as a surprise being that two of those three seasons ended with winning records. Flores has proven to be a defensive-minded coach as the Dolphins have allowed around 21 ppg in their last two seasons.

With that, it is clear as to why legal betting sites have the Chicago Bears listed with the shortest odds of any team to land him. The Bears are far more talented than the Dolphins on defense considering the names they have. Players such as Khalil Mack, Akiem Hicks, Roquan Smith, and Eddie Jackson torment opposing offenses each week.

Can Jon Gruden Make A Comeback?

While NFL odds have given Gruden a slight chance at returning to the NFL as a head coach, the idea of that actually happening should not be entertained. Gruden was fired from the Las Vegas Raiders this season after leaked emails revealed he used homophobic slurs.

With that, different NFL players certainly have their views on Gruden and teams would not want to ruin the chemistry in their locker rooms. Betting on Gruden not being in the NFL next season could be some of the easiest money made.

Will Jim Harbaugh Make The Jump Back To The NFL?

After his best season as the head coach of Michigan, Harbaugh is drawing tons of interest from NFL teams such as the Dolphins. Harbaugh led the Wolverines to a 12-2 record and a trip to the College Football Playoff this season.

Harbaugh is no stranger to coaching in the NFL as he was the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers for four seasons in which he made the playoffs in three seasons with a Super Bowl appearance. He also never finished with a below .500 record.

With Harbaugh coming off of his best season yet, he could use that to make the jump back to the pros and with the Dolphins already making reports of interest. Their odds offer great value right now.
