Oddsmakers Say USA Gets Most Medals Vs The Field

TOKYO – The United States of America is favored to, more or less, dominate the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

The USA is the odds-on favorite to lead both the Gold Medal count and the overall Medal count by a relatively wide margin. In the last Olympics, the USA led the Gold Medal count by 19, nearly doubling up Great Britain who came in second.
