- The Los Angeles Rams are the first team to host the conference championship in the same stadium as the Super Bowl.
- The Los Angeles Rams have +100 odds to cover a 3.5-point spread on the San Francisco 49ers.
LOS ANGELES – Just days after the NFL Divisional Round and before the NFC Championship Game, the Los Angeles Rams have already made history heading into their matchup against the San Francisco 49ers at SoFi Stadium.
In the NFC Championship Game, the Rams will be the first team to host a conference title game in the same stadium that the Super Bowl will be played in that year. This comes as the San Francisco 49ers defeated the number one seed, Green Bay Packers, leaving the Rams as the highest-seeded team remaining in the NFC playoff bracket.
The Rams are also looking to add on to history as well and be the second team in history to compete in the Super Bowl on their home field. Just last season at Super Bowl 55, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers became the first team in history to do this.
Where The Odds Are Leaning
Los Angeles Rams Vs. San Francisco 49ers
- Moneyline: Rams (-175) vs. 49ers (+150)
- Spread: Rams -3.5 (+100)
- Total: 46 Points
As they sit right now, legal online sportsbooks are in favor of the Rams to come out on top with a 3.5-point spread in their favor. However, the 49ers are more than capable of pulling off an upset on the road as they have in each of their two playoff games so far this season.
The Rams have also been stingy against the spread when playing at home this season. Despite their 5-3 moneyline record, they have gone 4-4 against the spread NFL lines when playing at home this season and are failing to cover by an average of 0.5 points.
The NFC Championship Game is scheduled for Sunday at 6:30 p.m. EST and will be broadcasted on FOX.
