MELBOURNE – Both men’s and women’s Australian Open futures odds for the top players have moved significantly since Dec. 1, 2024. Women’s odds for the first Grand Slam of the season favor Aryna Sabalenka at +225 odds, but she was formerly at +250 odds.

Sinner Separates, Medvedev, Rudd Aussie Open Odds Double

World No. 1 ranked Jannik Sinner is separating himself from the pack in terms of betting odds ahead of Sunday’s start to the 2025 Australian Open. Sinner’s legal sports betting shortened from +200 to +150, while Carlos Alcaraz’s odds fell from +225 to +300 and Novak Djokovic’s odds dropped from +350 to +400.

However, the most surprising movement at the top of the odds board is Daniil Medvedev’s +750 odds nearly doubling to his current +1400 odds to win the Australian Open. Medvedev lost last year’s Australian Open final in five sets to Jannik Sinner after starting up 2-0.

Casper Rudd’s odds went from +5000 to +10000 despite being the sixth-ranked player in the world. He hasn’t advance past the round of 16 in his career at the Australian Open.
