Sunday Night Football Has 49ers Favored Over Packers

SAN FRANCISCO – The Green Bay Packers visit the San Francisco 49ers for the Week 3 iteration of Sunday Night Football.

After a disappointing 38-3 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 1, the Packers bounced back and defeated the Detroit Lions in Week 2, covering the 11.5 point spread.

San Francisco has struggled at home recently, dropping seven of their last eight home games straight up. They have also struggled against the spread, failing to cover in six of the last seven games that saw them favored to win.

On the other hand, Green Bay has been very good on the road, winning 9 of their last 13. They have also been solid against the spread, covering in four of their last six games overall.
