LAS VEGAS — Over the past few weeks, there have been many different events going on in the entertainment world such a Dancing With the Stars, a potential one-on-one basketball game between LaVar Ball and Michael Jordan and also the search for a new Jeopardy host.

Starting off with Dancing With The Stars, legal sports betting sites currently have Kaitlyn Bristowe as the favorite to win Dancing With The Stars.

As mentioned before, the former Bachelorette star, Kaitlyn Bristowe is seen as the favorite to win season 29 of Dancing With The Stars ahead of the season finale on Monday. Bristowe is currently in first place on the show after scoring 60 points in Week 10.

Following Bristowe is Justina Machado who is coming off of a 58-point performance in Week 10. In third place heading into the finale is Nelly who finished up Week 10 with 56 points which is the lowest of the four finalists but managed to stay afloat with his past performances.

In last place right now is Nev Schulman who also put up 60 points but is still feeling the damage from some of his lower-scoring performances early on in the show.

However, Bristowe is the clear favorite here amongst the four as she has scored the highest amount of points between the four in six of the ten weeks.

LaVar Ball Vs. Michael Jordan

Yes, sports bettors read that correctly, there are currently entertainment odds for a one on one basketball game between LaVar Ball and Michael Jordan where Michael Jordan is seen as the favorite.

There should be no doubt in any minds as to why Michael Jordan is the favorite here as he is the greatest basketball player of all time while LaVar Ball played just one year in college at Washington State where he averaged just 2.2 ppg.

However, LaVar Ball must have something up his sleeve as he has coached two of his three sons (Lonzo Ball & LaMelo Ball) to becoming top-3 picks in the NBA Draft while his other son (LiAngelo Ball) is currently on the Oklahoma City Thunder G-League affiliate team.

There is still speculation on if this matchup is going to happen, but many around and close to the NBA believe that Jordan’s inner competitive mentality will throw the challenge out there now that Jordan and the Charlotte Hornets drafted LaMelo Ball in the 2020 NBA Draft.

Next Jeopardy Host

Following the passing of the former Jeopardy host, Alex Trebek, the popular game show is in search of their new host and there have been a couple of names thrown around as to who will take over.

Jennings is the obvious favorite being that he is a legendary Jeopardy Champion who is known for being the highest-earning game show contestant of all time as he has won Jeopardy a total of 74 times. It has also been made known that the producers of the show are looking for someone within the Jeopardy family to take over as the host as well.

Following Jennings is LeVar Burton, who was the host of Reading Rainbow for 21 seasons. Burton has made it known that he has interest in becoming the host of Jeopardy as well.

There is also currently a petition going around for Burton to be named the host as well that has reached well over 75,000 signatures. Backing up the claim that Burton is interested in the open position is the fact that he himself shared the petition.

With that said, Burton could prove to be a beneficial choice to take over the next host of Jeopardy.
