WASHINGTON D.C. — The effects of the 2020 US Presidential Election still lingers as the General Services Administration approved the start of the formal presidential transition.
Joe Biden has now continued to make appointments to his Presidential cabinet, and Trump continues to dispute the election results while most bettors have yet to receive their election payouts.
GSA Approves Formal Presidential Transition
The General Services Administration (GSA) was one of the biggest roadblocks in releasing federal funds to begin the process of turning power over from the Trump Administration to Biden’s.
Emily Murphy, the head of the GSA wrote a letter to President-Elect Joe Biden on Monday explaining the move and why it took her so long to make her decision.
Despite President Trump never conceding 2020 US Presidential Election this is the first major indication that he has lost and that payouts could be coming in soon. However, Trump did take to Twitter to remind everyone that this doesn’t mean his fight in the courts over the election results is over.
…fight, and I believe we will prevail! Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same.

He also reminded everyone that he has yet to concede the election doubling down in his assertion that the votes were tampered with.
What does GSA being allowed to preliminarily work with the Dems have to do with continuing to pursue our various cases on what will go down as the most corrupt election in American political history? We are moving full speed ahead. Will never concede to fake ballots & “Dominion”.

With the GSA funds being released to aid a Biden transition President Trump once again hinted at this not being an admission of defeat for him.
Remember, the GSA has been terrific, and Emily Murphy has done a great job, but the GSA does not determine who the next President of the United States will be.

Joe Biden Cabinet Betting Odds and Selection
Now that the GSA funds can be used to aid a transition of power Biden has started to build his administration. President-Elect Joe Biden has begun filling out his cabinet as he’s already named a Chief of Staff, Secretary of State, and a Secretary of Treasury.
If political bettors took the -300 odds on Janet Yellen to be named the Secretary of Treasury, they’d have some extra funds on their bankroll as Biden selected her to the position yesterday.
Joe Biden Secretary of Treasury Odds
- Janet Yellen -300
- Lael Brainard +400
- Raphael Bostic +700
- Elizabeth Warren +800
- Roger Ferguson +800
- Sarah Bloom Raskin +800
President-elect Joe Biden will nominate Janet Yellen as Treasury secretary, people familiar with the matter said. The former Fed chair would be the first woman to hold the job. https://t.co/zuBDOpMOmK

Biden has yet to appoint a Secretary of Defense or an Attorney General; those are two important positions in a President’s administration. The betting odds for those two positions were posted earlier this week and what the possible payout would’ve been. These odds from SportsBetting.ag were taken down shortly after they were posted.

- Deval Patrick +400

Biden will likely fill these positions shortly as he likely wants to quickly get people in place to focus his attention on the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
President-Elect Biden will likely be announcing who will make up his administration throughout the Thanksgiving holiday but there’s no set timeline.
While Trump has stated that the election process is still going, Biden took a different tune calling for every American to come together.
The election is over.
It’s time to put aside the partisanship and the rhetoric designed to demonize one another.
We have to come together.
