ATLANTA – Tom Brady is expected to have a big game statistically against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 13. It’s possible the numbers are set just a bit too high.

Tom Brady Passing Yards Total: O/U 304.5

Tom Brady is more than capable of reaching any number a legal online sportsbook could set. He’s second in the NFL in passing yards and averages 309.4 yards per game this season.

Although his total is below his season average, he may still fall short.

Brady has reached this number in five of his 11 games, but noticeably fell short in his previous matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

Plus, Brady has simply hasn’t been playing well over the last few weeks. He’s recorded three of his four worst performances of the season in terms of passer rating the last three weeks.

Lastly, the Falcons aren’t as bad against the pass as many would expect. For a team that allows the second-most points per game, they are middle-of-the-pack, ranking 14th in fewest passing yards allowed per game.

Brady leads the NFL in passing touchdowns (30) and has thrown for three or more touchdowns in five of his 11 games this season. Although he threw five touchdowns in his first meeting against Atlanta this year, he has less than three passing touchdowns more often than not.

The Falcons allow the third-most passing touchdowns per game but they still allow fewer than two on average. Brady has fallen short of this mark in three straight games and while a rebound performance could be in play, it’s equally, and possibly even more likely, that the opposite is true.

NFL betting sites have taken away some of the value on the UNDER, dropping the line to (-145) but there’s still enough there to be worth betting on.

Tom Brady Passing Completions: O/U 26.5

In terms of passing completions, Brady has been all over the board this season. He’s completed as low as 20 passes in a game and as high as 41 passes in a game.

The game script likely favors the UNDER, but it seems as if Brady will throw the ball a good amount regardless of the game script.

However, the Buccaneers are favored by 11.5 points which could result in the game being a blowout by halftime. This may cause Brady to hand the ball off more than normal.
