Super Bowl 59 Sportsbook Bonuses

  • With every sportsbook competing for your Super Bowl bets, it is beneficial to know what new player sportsbook bonuses to avoid.
  • FanDuel and DraftKings offer bonus bets after your first bet but FanDuel only pays out the bonus bets if your first bet wins.
  • Other sportsbooks like Caesars/BetMGM offer to protect your first bet up to $1,500 but remove your stake from the awarded bonus bet.

NEW ORLEANS – The Super Bowl is the most bet on sporting event in the US and sportsbooks offer bonuses for new players looking to bet on the action. In 2025, there are a lot of bonuses that you may want to avoid.

Find out why FanDuel offers one of the worst Super Bowl betting bonuses and what other sportsbook promotions are not worth your time.

FanDuel Super Bowl Bonus

FanDuel is offering new players the chance to bet at least $5 and receive up to $300 in bonus bets. This promotion sounds great at first but bonus bets are only paid out if your Super Bowl wager results in a win.

If you lose your first bet, you also lose the chance to claim your promo credits. If your wager does win, the bonus bets are paid out in small bet increments and they all expire within 14 days.

This bonus offers no excitement for betting on the Super Bowl directly, as players have to wait for their first bet to be completed before even having the chance to receive any bonus bets.

BetMGM Super Bowl Bonus

BetMGM has a slightly different take than other legal sports betting sites for their Super Bowl bonus. Instead of offering bonus bets along with your deposit, BetMGM offers to protect your first bet up to $1,500.

New players can deposit and bet anywhere from $10 to $1,500 on the Super Bowl and can get that money back in one bonus bet of the same amount if your wager loses. If it wins, your bet cashes like normal, and no bonus is credited. Keep in mind though that the bonus bet does not include your action back.

For example, a $100 bonus would pay out $100 total on a bet with +100 odds. A standard bet would pay $100 on +100 odds along with the $100 back that you bet.

Caesars Super Bowl Bonus

Caesars offers the same type of Super Bowl promotion as BetMGM. The only difference is that Caesars Sportsbook only offers to pay back up to $1,059 on a first bet that loses instead of the full $1,500 that BetMGM offers.

If your first bet loses, one bonus bet of the amount you originally wagered will be credited to your account and must be used within 14 days.

DraftKings Super Bowl Bonus

The DraftKings Super Bowl 59 bonus is more exciting than the other two promotions above but is still not the best in the game. DraftKings offers $200 in bonus bets instantly after a new player bets at least $5.

These bonus bets are paid out in eight increments of $25 each. Your first wager has to be completed before the bonus bets are paid out. This means it is important to complete your first bet before the Super Bowl to have the bonus bets to wager on the big game.

The bonus bets are only active for seven days and the bonus bet stake is not included in any payouts.

Hard Rock Bet Super Bowl Bonus

Hard Rock Bet is only available in seven states with sports betting in 2025 but is an honorable mention for Super Bowl 59 bonuses to avoid. The bonus is not bad but does not help out players trying to have extra cash for the Super Bowl.

Hard Rock is offering six total $5 bonus bets that are sent out weekly until March 17th to players who bet at least $100 on the Super Bowl. These bonus bets are awarded on Mondays for Hard Rock bettors that opt-in and place the qualifying wager.
