US Open Betting Odds Released, Favor Djokovic, Osaka

NEW YORK – After months of indecision and worry led the world to believe that there would be no 2020 US Open, the tournament is finally here.

The field will be without some big names but will still pack tons of firepower throughout the two-week-long tournament.

The tournament begins Monday with matches running for two weeks with the women’s final on September 12 and the men finishing up on September 13.

With the official draw releasing Thursday, there is a noticeable lack of big names in the tournament. Across both sides, here are some notable names that will not be competing in the 2020 US Open:

While it is sad to see the official draw without names like Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Ashleigh Barty, or Simona Halep, who are all missing the tournament for various reasons, there is still plenty of big stars heading to New York for the major event.

With the return of tennis comes the return of tennis betting. Betting on tennis can be one of the most profitable sports due to the wide array of matches being played across such a short period of time.
