William Hill now adds the Palazzo Resort, the Venetian Resort, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Silverton in Las Vegas to its lineup of sports betting operations in Sin City.
These new locales will gain self-service kiosks as well as an expanded menu of betting features, including live in-game wagering and a new rewards card membership club.
William Hill Expands Las Vegas Footprint
This new acquisition further pushes William Hill to the forefront of Las Vegas sports betting. The sportsbook has expressed its desire to remain the leading operator in Nevada.
“William Hill has long been the leading sports book operator in Nevada. This acquisition further expands our footprint, giving us a bigger presence on the Las Vegas Strip at several world-renowned resorts,” said Joe Asher, CEO of William Hill US. “It’s a very exciting time for our company as we continue to grow and introduce our offerings to new customers.”
With the four new operations under its belt, William Hill US now runs 124 racebooks and sportsbooks in Nevada alone. The operator is also the leading mobile sports betting app in the Silver State.
With this acquisition, William Hill can continue to be the states leading go-to sports betting operation. The continued aggressive moves that Asher has made have allowed the sports betting operator to remain at the top of the biggest sports betting market in the country.
CG Technology will be used to further improve upon the betting experience. Sports bettors will immediately recognize the newfound benefits of the technology as well as the new rewards club offers.
Legal sports betting in Las Vegas may look and feel a little different to tourists the next time they come around.
